Enquiries
All enquiries will be responded to within 12 hours and must include the following details:

• Date of booking

• Time to be ready

• Location

• Number of people

• Services required

 

Bookings and Payments
By confirming your booking and paying the deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all booking terms and conditions.

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date.

• The remaining balance must be paid on the day of the booking, with the deposit deducted from the total amount.

• For multiple-day bookings, a separate deposit is required for each day. The balance for each day is payable on that day unless you choose to settle the full amount in advance.

• Payments can be made via bank transfer or cash, depending on client preference.

• Once your deposit has been received, you will receive a confirmation text message to finalise your booking.

 

Service Conditions

• Only individuals included in the confirmed booking will receive services on the day. Any additional requests will be accommodated only if time permits between other bookings.

• Partial services (e.g., “eyes only” or “lashes only”) are not available.

• Once a booking time is confirmed, it cannot be amended, as other clients are scheduled around your allocated slot.

• Travel charges will apply depending on your postcode.

• Lashes and synthetic hair extensions are complimentary, and no discount will be offered should you choose not to have them applied.

 

Photography and Media
Photos and videos of your hair and makeup may be used for promotional purposes on social media and the Izaa Bridal website. If you prefer not to have your images shared, please inform me at the time of booking.

 

Client Responsibilities

• Please notify me in advance of any allergies, medical conditions, or skin sensitivities that may affect product use.

• Ensure you are ready and dressed at the scheduled start time so your appointment can proceed promptly.

• Hair must be washed the night before and blow dried prior to styling. Hairstyles will not be performed on damp or greasy hair.

• Skin and lips should be exfoliated and moisturised before makeup application for best results.

• If you have a specific look in mind, please communicate this before the appointment begins.

 

Bridal Policy
Please note that bridal clients must book a bridal package, regardless of the occasion. Party or non-bridal packages cannot be applied to bridal clients
